FYI this is the same vet as Vetlove Sinnamon Park. Woefully incompetent and careless practice. My cat had to be referred to the emergency vet after a blood test revealed stage 3 kidney failure. They told me the emergency practice opens at 5pm so I arrived there promptly only to be told they don’t actually open until 6pm. I called Sinnamon vet and informed them of this only to be met with excuses claiming they were told by the emergency vet it was 5pm.
