We were trying to get a medication that insurance was saying they wouldn't cover. They went out of their way to call around, figure out another version of the same medication that was covered, and get that to be sent over so we could get what we needed.
Listen I have used Rite Aid and CVS for my prescriptions.. Sinking Spring Pharmacy is by far the superior Pharmacy they beat the other pharmacies in customer service and in price. The customer service is top-tier. I even got a happy birthday text from them never received that from Rite Aid or CVS. The sinking spring Pharmacy they always take time to answer all your questions and they don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. I totally love everyone that works there!!!
