Jonathan is very trustworthy. He came out to look at our home and did not try to over sell. Assured us that cracks were caused by normal settling and gave us tips to help repair ourselves. He is knowledgeable and dependable. He came out the same day we called him. We would definitely use his company in the future if needed.
Thank you, Titan foundations for coming out and looking at the issues that I had,. My mother-in-law was petrified, thinking that she had sinkhole or foundation issues. After working with Titan Foundation it’s in my opinion that this is a great reliable company, they Took care of me every step of the way and answered any questions that I had. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. We contracted Titan foundation repair to put peers in our house as the foundation was damaged. I’m not even sure I know where to begin because the unprofessionalism has been appalling. When I first met with Jonathan he looked at the foundation and the damage in the back of the house and said that was where he was gonna do all the piers.
