Spent huge money at this place to remodel bathroom. Every item was overpriced. When we got the tub (one item out of dozens) we wanted to return for something else ($1800 for a cheap looking plastic tub). Took a month to get an answer out of them, and by the time we did it was too late to be helped because we didn't want our house a construction project forever. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different options for faucets including styles, brands, finishes and matching accessories. A big shout to Ana Rumsey sales at Sink and Spout who spent countless days and hours helping me decide and offering new ideas to a bathroom remodeling project in Westborough. Although it is a small bathroom, her attention to detail was as if a huge project. All items delivered, perfect condition and if there was a problem (mostly choices) she was right on it.
We recently went into Sink and Spout in Westboro looking for a new kitchen faucet as our 2 year old faucet was leaking in 2 places. Jen Chacharone provided us with exceptional service. She informed us that our faucet should have been under warrantee and promptly contacted the rep informing her of the issue. We had a new hose delivered to our home within 24 hours.
