I had an outstanding experience at Sink and Spout located in Westborough. Ana Rumsey was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. She guided us to the right products, explained the differences clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed for our project. What really stood out was their service beyond the sale. We had an excellent experience with Sink and Spout. Ana Ramsey was great to work with. She helped us select products for our shower and vanity. We did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Ana also followed up with our contractor and provided details for the special material we used for the shower. Overall, we are very happy with the newly installed products.
Spent huge money at this place to remodel bathroom. Every item was overpriced. When we got the tub (one item out of dozens) we wanted to return for something else ($1800 for a cheap looking plastic tub). Took a month to get an answer out of them, and by the time we did it was too late to be helped because we didn't want our house a construction project forever.
