Insanely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us our parts within a matter of days and we got exactly what we wanted.
We worked with Meredith to pick out a new vanity and sink top and we love it! During the decision-making process, she provided great recommendations and reviewed all of our options, all with no pressure sales. When coordinating the purchase and delivery, she was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule changes.
Julie Bosch, of Sink & Spout in Nashua, was fabulous to work with. I called her on what turned out to be a busy day, asked if I could come in to see some kitchen fixtures, and rather than schedule an appointment for another time she told me to come on in. I was the only customer in the store. I purchased a vanity cabinet at the wonderful place next door and they sent me to Sink & Spout. I was told at S&S that they "didn't have anything for me". The woman kept saying "your vanity is so small" (it's 18x24). Very poor customer service. UPDATE: I told a friend about my horrible experience at Sink & Spout, and how I was "Pretty-Womaned."
