Sinjen, more like Sinbad! Sinjen built our ‘brand-new’ town house and we moved into it on the 7 September 2018. We had 3 months to upload any defects to their platform called Procare. The Sinjen representative did not come out until 25 Jan 2019 (5 months later). The most prominent defects were the defective bench top that was installed, paint that had been dropped onto the carpet, and the metal cladding which had not been installed.
