This company is top notch. I bought a complete ultra kit for my 2015 H-D. The sound is incredible. I had an amp issue when I received my system. I contacted Sinister Sound and tried the troubleshooting ideas. It ended up being a bad amp, they shipped a new one right away. The customer service is impeccable. Their staff is very knowledgeable and will take time to listen to what you are looking for and base recommendations for that.

My husband bought your product five years ago at Daytona Bike Week. We had a warranty issue early on, which was quickly resolved with a new speaker. Fast forward to now, two of our speakers went out due to weather-related wear and tear. This year, we visited the sinister sounds booth at Daytona Bike Week again.
