They have never failed me best customer service ive ever had if on the off chance something isnt right they will go out of their way to make it right couldn't ask for a better group of guys to deal with and did I mention. The customer service is top notch thank you guys just picked up the new speakers today and installed them upgrade from the first generation and let me tell you clear loud just amazing
JUST GO TO THESE GUYS!! The customer service is second to none. They installed their system into my bike and it is crazy. Dont wast time and money. Go here once and be happy.
This company is top notch. I bought a complete ultra kit for my 2015 H-D. The sound is incredible. I had an amp issue when I received my system. I contacted Sinister Sound and tried the troubleshooting ideas. It ended up being a bad amp, they shipped a new one right away. The customer service is impeccable. Their staff is very knowledgeable and will take time to listen to what you are looking for and base recommendations for that.
This was a great location! Very horse friendly as always!
