My mom had an appointment scheduled for 17:00 and arrived on time only to find out the office was closed. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and when she called someone answered only to say it’s closed offered no apology or remorse. If this is how patients are treated this is extremely unfortunate for someone in the medical field
Doctor is very nice professional friendly knowledgeable! Lady’s are very nice and friendly.
Genuinely like him and his receptionist /wife Lisa. He is considerate and very professional.
Have been a patient for about 17 years, from day one he took time to listen to my concerns, never felt rushed. Very professional, ethical and caring, that's what keeps me as a patient. Manages my healthcare and makes sure I always have all the referrals I need. He cares and understands my pain, which is rare today, a lot of times you are just a number but not here.
Would highly not recommend, save your energy find another primary care. This office is unorganized and always hard to reach. Dr is completely rude. Hung up the phone on while I was trying to handle a critical situation.
