Wow, it seems everyone is having a similar experience with this company. We had someone come out to fix a cooktop and he said he needed to order parts, he did some back, but completely mangled it, breaking screws off and mangling one of the burners. He said he need more parts and we have never heard from them again. Neither we nor our insurance company can contact them in any way. Beware!!

I had a terrible experience with Singleton. The first visit was friendly enough when Alex came to diagnose a problem. However, the second visit included him ruining our appliance and then after that, he would not respond to calls or texts. Do not use this company ever for any reason. Now we are going back and forth with the home warranty company because our appliance is now not reparable due to Singleton's ineptitude.

Having a very similar experience to other recent reviewers. Had a guy who spoke very poor English come out to diagnose and hopefully fix our refrigerator. (I only point this out because it made communication increasingly difficult.) He said he needed to order a part but would be in touch within a few days to come back to install/repair. After that we had 0 communication. Every phone number we called went straight to voice mail and we never got a call back after leaving messages. Was told they would be out between 8am and 11am Saturday. Received a message at 9:50am while in the shower. Called him back at 10am and he said well now its 10am I'm going to my afternoon appointment and not sure when I'll get there, then hung up. When I called back he let it ring to voice mail. When I tried again he blocked the number!

No show. Refused to take our call to see if he was still coming out for his scheduled appointment.
