Excellent in every way
Absolute shockers! Went today for a service (just for 1000km check) and there were so many signs that pointed in different directions and one was covered by a bush. There were also confusing signs as can’t stop and don’t park. I ended up parking in spot where the cars for sale were and went into the place (one door wouldn’t open). Absolutely incompetent Service Department. Phones me on the day of the service to advise the fuel filter did not come in for the service. This has happened previously where parts were not available to conduct my service in full. When I booked the service weeks in advance I advised them to ensure the parts were available. A day off work for an incompetent team. I will never take my car to Singleton Toyota again.
