The worst experience. As a first time Toyota purchaser I will NEVER use this dealership again. They had my payment in full since the 28th of June and I am still yet to receive delivery of my car. I'm told I should get a call this morning but after MULTIPLE false promises I'll believe it when I see it. Absolutely shocking customer service.
10 star, good service both to purchase and maintain. Everyone there is happy and honest , clearly a well managed trustworthy centre. I would highly recommend these guys.
Excellent in every way
Absolute shockers! Went today for a service (just for 1000km check) and there were so many signs that pointed in different directions and one was covered by a bush. There were also confusing signs as can’t stop and don’t park. I ended up parking in spot where the cars for sale were and went into the place (one door wouldn’t open). I then finally get downstairs to the Service area and asked where do I park? Signs are confusing. I was met with someone who really didn’t give a shit and clearly thought it was obvious.
