Great dealership - Gary from Finance and Bredan from sales have been amazing
Was a 5/5 but unfortunately they continue to harass via text message about getting my vehicle serviced. I've replied STOP as prompted yet they continue to send messages.
Terrible dealership. We bought a new RAV4 from Karen, but the service team applied wax and polish to the exterior plastic trim, causing permanent damage. The trim became significantly discoloured, and we first noticed the issue after the first wash. The work was carried out carelessly, and the staff responsible failed to exercise proper care when preparing my vehicle. Update: No follow up received. Issue remains unresolved.
Brendan was very forthcoming and honest about 2nd hand car sale and came through with the deal as promised!
