My experience was bittersweet. I was completely interested after the property manager showed me a 1 bdr available back in Sept or Oct of 2022. It was exactly what this 53 yr old, type 1 diabetic needed. I am on SSDI with no debt except for my car insurance and phone bill both of which are affordable. I paid 20 for my application fee. Do not expect to receive your deposit back once you leave, even if you are an exemplary tenant. Renovations were not done before I moved into my unit and it stunk like cigarette smoke. Had mostly good neighbors, little was done about the bad ones.
Great people, good place to live. Have had no problems.
