Completely unprofessional. We went to get a quote on a new car and we could hear salesmen in an office swearing and laughing about a customer they had just spoken to on the phone. Doesn't give a good impression. If your looking for poor service and to pay RRP on brand new vehicle, this is the place for you!
I have since had to rework this review. It was originally made when this dealership was a seperate entity to where it is now. It was a great dealership up until it was absorbed into the Lancaster network. I give Lancaster's dealership every chance to take my money, but they treat me, my family and friends like garbage every time I go in there. Take your money elsewhere.
