We bought a mobile home here back in April. We have been working on fixing it up. Chris the MH manger does a good job. It’s a very quiet park. Everyone we have met so far is very friendly.

I only saw the owner a couple of times in passing but when I lived there we mostly dealt with Chris (the maintenance man). He tried his best to deal with any problems as fast as he could and to the best of his ability. He also cares deeply about residents that may be struggling and helps them get food through donations and connections in the community. It is the nature of mobile homes to frequently need repairs.
