Patricia B. A house smaller than mine sold for 215 and it is less than a baseball throws away, on the outskirts of the new neighborhood about a month before. It is her job to do accurate reviews, she did not care. Again i reiterate what I said. Thank you for your comment and (inexperienced) 5 star review. Also, the brick work was a custom flower bed, so yes adding value to the home. Wow. This sounds like a terrible piece of work on her part. Sorry this happened to you. Will be sure to tell anyone selling a house to specifically not ask for her as an appraiser. Sounds like she did not do her job at all. I would suggest calling the state department in Austin TX and reporting her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE

Lack of knowledge is not a reason to give a bad review. Signed: Retired Residential Real Est... read more

The house is less than 3 years old and had 3,500 dollars in brick work added to it, as well as added a 1,700 dollar freezer. She said that this work, over 5,000 dollars worth was not significant. Compared to the inflation of home prices in Corpus Christi my house lost over 11,000 in value. This person is just out to collect a pay check. When multiple realto... read more
