Quite possibly one of the worst home builders in Clarksville. We have had a water smell in our kitchen from not long after we built this house a little over 5 years ago. We were told repeatedly by Singletary that it was nothing to worry about and it was just an outside smell. Complained more and there solution was to just pile more dirt up the side of the house.
