I'm so sorry for the clients who gave this company a bad rating. I'm sorry I have to do the same. First, let me say, or post, the staff was very accommodating at first. Well after we decided to build it went downhill. Maybe I should back up. I googled the company and read a few bad reviews. Due to the fact, we liked the area, I contacted the owner of the company. This company is terrible i already left them one bad review heres another for a serious code violations i found in my home over a year later. The breakers in my home trip all the time. And after one finally went bad i discovered why. Every gfci breaker in my house is missing the connection between the breaker and the neutral bus. Because these guys are too cheap to hire qualified electricians.
By far the best builder we have worked with in Clarksville. We have used three and the Singletary Team was hands-down the most responsive, reliable and respectful.
I’ve purchased two homes from Singletary Construction in Summerfield subdivision and both times they have been absolutely AMAZING!! They are very responsive, timely, considerate, respectful and easy to communicate with. Meagan and Linda have been fantastic! They are fabulous people and build a very solid home.
