The original estimate to replace a water pump was $1300 which included dealing with the timing chain and changing the oil. When they got the car they added $1000 because the components that needed replacing were already removed, which should have saved time. Approximately one week later the car was not driveable and had to be towed from Newberry to Lexington SC at a cost of $350. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They've repaired any vehicle I've brought there with no issues and even found a mistake that a previous shop made.
