Disappointed in the support and then length of time it takes to implement.

Not the same company it was several years ago . Customer service is pretty lousy now and there are design flaws in the accounting side of the software that they have not fixed in almost 2 years. Almost impossible to get a person on the phone especially if it's concerning your account or subscription status. Our monthly cost went up 40% overnight and no one has gotten back in touch with me to explain why I'm paying 40% more for a CRM that has not, at least on my end, gotten 40% better or more efficient. We signed up for SingleOps in May of 2021 after over 18 years of using 3 ply carbon estimates. It was the best thing our company has ever done. It was a bear to learn in the beginning because they customize it to your companies needs. When you just start out however, you're unsure as to what those exact needs are. Not to mention the hands on training they provide gets you going, and then as time goes by you find more things that you need to learn or change. Absolutely terrible product. If you don't have full signal on a mobile device the app bogs down and can't complete even the simplest functions. I routinely have to submit help desk tickets because jobs do not sync to quickbooks like they promised.
