Bought a bike from these then couldn’t ride for personal reasons 3 days later. The bike hadn’t been used and we were willing to take a bit of a financial loss. However, no negotiation with them, point blank refusal to take it back.
Got a 2021 GSX-S1000 - it had the common hot start rattle….single tracker agreed to sort the manufacturer issue which they did….unfortunately they didn’t do the best of jobs, the first ride out and it was rattling like a dry clutch Ducati all the time, and not just on the initial start up, then it struggles to start once hot, iv been back to the dealer and low and behold, there ego’s won’t admit they have made a mistake, the hot start issue presented itself when the technician started it up, but apparently it’s not there fau... read more
I purchased a new Suzuki address 110 twist and go scooter from this family run business a few years back now.I would describe them as 100% honest genuine people to deal with.Always good offers on Suzuki products.I would not go anywhere else when buying a Suzuki motorcycle.
Both Dan and Pete are the best ones out there you can have a bike from. They are friendly, patient with all my questions - considering it is my first bike I had tons of questions - helpful with everything and kind. I got my V Strom 650 today and could not be happier. Anyone who wants a bike or a friendly conversation or both together; definetely give them a visit. They will help you the best way possible. Thank you both!
