Bianca from single source has went above and beyond. As soon as progressive mess me up and did what felt like rob me she kicked in and saved my soul thank you Bianca for looking out for us . Your customers that appreciate and love everything you do for us. Again thank you for going above and beyond... I would definitely avoid the progressive insurance.

My local agent sold to single source and then immediately I ran into problems. They were about to let my commercial auto policy lapse and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I had to get it in my own. Then they called 10 days later trying to get me in a new policy. By then I would have been lapsed. So I still had my general liability with them. Again after not being able to pay my policy due to never getting an invoice I called and called with no follow up for over a week.
