Staff is amazing, clinic is nice. I give them 5 stars BUT you can’t call and talk to a person without waiting through there automated hold system for a very long time. Even if it says it’s only a few minute wait, it could be 10 minutes of listening to “your estimated hold time is one minute”. Had to call many times and try again later due to estimated wait times as high as 18 minutes.
