I been here for 6 years up until recently (because I turned 18 so you know) I loved it tho I will miss the very diverse staff and how helpful they were to me all the time. never had a problem either they get work done
I had to switch drs because of the rude nurse that was always working everytime I brought my kids in. Very rude an talks to the parents like they are dumb. Very judgmental. The drs were great but just was not worth me having to do time in jail over a rude lady who doesnt care about her patients. We now see dr siddiqui in ocean springs
All the providers are so kind !! it’s super easy to get scheduled and we are always seen shortly after arrival.
This place doesn't genuinely care for children. My daughter was injured by her 12m vaccinations and now because of it she desperately needs medication and they will not even see her because she isn't fully vaccinated.
Staff is amazing, clinic is nice. I give them 5 stars BUT you can’t call and talk to a person without waiting through there automated hold system for a very long time. Even if it says it’s only a few minute wait, it could be 10 minutes of listening to “your estimated hold time is one minute”. Had to call many times and try again later due to estimated wait times as high as 18 minutes.
