Post Edit... Let me just say that the Mammogram dept for which I had made this appt was absolutely delightful. The staff was courteous, professional and caring. I would recommend these ladies any day.....(Orig Post>) Not appreciative of the appointment schedulers comment after my calling to make an appointment, she was unaware she was still on the line with me as we were hanging up. Her comment was rude, inappropriate and very unprofessional. Make sure you are not still on the line with the patient when you say those things.
Everyone here is awesome! From the front desk staff to the wonderful nurses and techs. Of course Mr. Johnny always getting blood on first try 🥇 and efficiently scanning everyone. So kind and helpful! The best people 💕
This business needs to get its act together. People are having tests that can determine if they live or die and the staff are sitting on test results and not getting them the doctor in a timely fashion. Test results were supposed to be sent to the doctor almost two weeks ago. They were never sent. We alled last week and were told it was sent to the doctor already. Doctor called. They told him it was on its way. Called today and was told reaults were still not sent "because they didn't know where to send it or who the doctor ... read more
I want to say the biggest thank you to the people doing the pet scan process. I was terrified going in and the people who handled my injection and pet scan were so patient and kind they made one of the scariest things I’ve had to do so much easier. Thank you so much!
