I have been working out at this CrossFit gym for 3 and a half years! I absolutely love coming here. I have grown so much as an athlete from being intimidated of lifting weights to deadlifting 255 pounds so far!! The coach is amazing and the community we have is one of a family! It is a great place for every athlete from beginners to experienced athletes!! I highly recommend coming to Singing River CrossFit!
My wife and I come to town to visit my parents when I'm on leave and we always have to stop in to Singing River Crossfit to get a great workout in. Vincent is a great coach and provides direction and encouragement to the athletes and has great WODs set up to push everyone. The other members are always friendly and welcoming. If you're a beginner or an experienced crossfitter, it's a great environment to meet new friends and have a great workout.
Great CrossFit! Very welcoming and open to drop ins. The owner is so friendly and helpful. I love when I'm in town and am able to drop in.
I enjoyed working out at this box while I was living down here. Top Jackson is a great trainer and a man of great character that holds a respectable code of honor. He will help you get fit and safely. He is big on proper mechanics which is key for injury prevention.
