We stopped by Sighs Roti Shop in Orlando to try the doubles, but unfortunately, they didn’t meet our expectations. The bara was hard, and the doubles lacked flavor. Everything looked fresh, but the taste just wasn’t there for us. This is only my personal opinion based on our visit, and sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for authentic Caribbean doubles.
Restaurant states on the door that is open at 9:00 am and online however no one was available and the business was closed. Please update your hours. Once open several items were unavailable.
