I would give them a 0/5 if I could!! I made my appointment the morning of and came in the afternoon. It’s 30 minutes away from me but with traffic it took an entire hour to get there in an expensive uber mind you. I get there just for the salesman to tell me that the car I was interested in (also the only car in my budget) was “booked” at 1pm, MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 4pm.
