Lack of professional Mannerism! The office staff is very short tempered and irritated. I tried to ask a couple of questions to understand the new patient process and the gal got irritated with me so I requested to speak to the office manager. When speaking with the office manager I told her how I was spoken to and laughed at by her staff member.
