Worst exprience ever! ...Don't expect brand new working electronics even if you pay for brand new and be prepare to paie to return the broken item. Never again ..i don't know why best buy are selling there cr..p.
Great customer service
I purchased some 8 gauge ferrules online but they sent me 10 gauge by mistake. They responded urgently to my email about the wrong size being shipped and they sent me the correct ones hassle free at no extra cost !!! I was very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. Hey everyone makes mistakes but its how you treat your customers and how you deal with the issue is what really counts !!! I would highly recommend them and i will be using them again in the future !! -Brad
