It hasn't been six months since I signed my lease but I have experienced a plethora of issues. Unless you are Asian Indian, you can't have a service person come out to jump your car battery, clean your car or carpet...GOD forbid you need an ambulance!!! I do not recommend renting from any of Singh properties. My mother and I have a lease at Turnbury in Canton, MI. Moved in the unit in November and the issues documented on the checklist (that had to be retuned within 7 days) still isn’t complete and it’s 3/27. Have lived here for 2 years and it's been great
Northridge singh apartments is the safest place to live .. and the community events are soo good!! Amazing food and fun games for kids!! Immediate response to any queries , and quick in resolving any issues.
Apartment is ok. Not great. But paying rent is so frustrating. They make it intentionally difficult to set up an account in a timely manner, delay online payments and don't accept payments at the leasing office where we live. We have to drive 45 minutes away to pay rent.
