Took my Jeep HEMI in for heater and stereo issues. They charged us over $1000 saying it was fixed, but not even a month later the heater stopped working again. Took it back, and they said it was something else now and needed other parts ordered. Weeks went by with no real update on the repair or if parts had shown up, just excuses. Flexible, reliable honest people
My car wouldn't start on a Sunday so the only place I could take it to to help diagnose the issue was O'Reilly Auto. They tested and said the alternator was bad which was why the battery voltage was low. I wanted another opinion but had to wait until Monday for the other shops around Gunnison to open. The only shop that would see me was Singer's. I brought my car in at 8AM, they diagnosed a bad battery by 9 and had it replaced and ready for pickup by 1030.
