The most important day of the year for a tax accountant to be open for business is tax day. Singer - without notice- went on a month long vacation starting the weekend before tax day! This is horrible. I tried calling multiple times and just got a message that they were on vacation. I drove down there and they are definitely closed. I need to know if my e-file got submitted, and I'm just supposed to sit here for a month and see if the *** comes after me in the meantime?
