Taking an initial call, no problem. Taking calls to follow up a case, non existent. Receiving a return call, non existant, but I did receive follow up emails after days of leaving messages. Very poor communication. I was told that after accepting my case they were back logged for months with work, who is really that busy, but I waited patiently and still didn't receive good timely communication. I wouldn't recommend this law firm.
