*****BEST PLACE EVER****Hello everyone this Place is Awesome the owner JL is wonderful I bought my sewing machine in today and JL fixed the problem while I sit and waited and I was not there long at all and JL did no charge me anything for the quick fix and I'm grateful to TMH YAH that lead me there to his establishment. I wound a bobbin on my Singer sewing machine ( purchased at this store and I was very happy with that transaction) and then could not get the bobbin off the winder. The owner immediately knew what was wrong— the bobbin was wound too tightly— told me how to prevent it from happening and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes—at no charge. I recommend this business to sewers.

Total waste of time and money. They claimed to be a real Singer warranty center, so we paid to ship our sewing machine to them. A few weeks later they shipped it back and said it was fixed but it wasn't. When I called they claimed I was using too think of thread and blamed it on me. Then he tried to guilt trip me and said "if I foot the bill to ship it back and it works what then".. I get that we are all human and can make mistakes but give me a brake here.
