My wife and I recently purchased a property from Shayna and Alex. Over a week after closing we had a roof issue from all the rain. I called to simply ask who they use for roof issues so I could call and set up the repairs and she immediately sent a roof crew to fix it for me! Keep in mind, the house was mine and roof problem was not their responsibility! We were shocked!
