Too many times attorneys will tell you what you want to hear and get your hopes up and at the 11th hour just before trial they will completely change their tune and you will feel completely misled. Unpopular opinion here: I’ve read the amazing 5 star reviews and wish I could say that I shared that experience. I ended representation with Rob after two telephonic meetings where I experienced an impatient tension, bordering on thinly-veiled annoyance with me and/or how I communicate. (I’m currently being treated for cancer and admit I am not a perfect historian because of the related brain fog. If you are reading this you are in the right place for a family lawyer I had the privilege to Meet and have Jason Pistiner assist with my child custody case I just can’t afford to keep him. Jason is very professional very responsive within 24-48 hours. He is communicative it isn’t hard to get a hold of him. He definitely listens and hears you out. He plays Fair and he does his best at representing. Jason is honest and upfront he does not tell you what you want to hear Jason tells you what it is. Review speaks for its self .
Rob is very detailed and very passionate about what he does. He has a great personality and very personable but when it comes down to business he’s the one you want in your corner. He made my process very smooth and did not cut corners. 10/10 would use Rob in any case for the future.
