Booked Marriott stay through VRBO which is handled by singerisland rentals. We got notified a week and half before our trip that our booking is canceled because Marriott is doing renovations. They offered no resolution and told me all they can do is refund my money. Completely useless and left me no choice but to book at another hotel and cost me an additional $1400 overall to my trip.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this Airbnb. The air conditioning progressively got worse and eventually stopped working entirely. For a property that is family-friendly, this is something that should have been checked and addressed before our arrival. We were traveling with an infant and a toddler who became sick early in the trip, and the heat in the room made an already stressful situation much worse. Rented from this company through Airbnb. The room was advertised as an Ocean view room well it did have a view of the ocean what was neglected to be mentioned was the unit actually overlooked a parking lot. I called the company and they did try to assist me with my concerns but unfortunately, we had no options of other places to go as the hotel was booked. Other issues in the room were the AC did not work correctly partially because the coils on the air conditioning unit are completely impacted with dust with mold present on... read more
