I have worn glasses and/or contact lenses for the past 34 years. I had the HD LASIK 2 days ago and am already seeing better than I did with my glasses. Dr. Singer did a great job. It was painless and I my only regret is not doing it sooner.

Thanks to Dr. Singer and his awesome staff.....I'm loving life!! No more contacts or glasses to deal with. Yay!! I followed the post-op instructions to a T and the results are amazing!! The only regret I have, was that I didn't do this sooner. Thank you so much!!

After 25 years of glasses I'm sitting here 36 hours post op and I'm finally able to see this computer monitor; it's a wonderful feeling. Dr. Singer's staff was very well coordinated & knowledgeable, not to mention friendly. Dr. Singer himself was very thorough in his explanations, gentle with my eyes, and answered all questions very informatively. As i'm still healing, I still see halos around bright lights, especially at night, but it is already significantly reduced from just last night (the night of the surgery); this is expected and he says should resolve itself fully in the next few weeks, with the worst outcome at a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Singer and his staff int the Metairie office.

Great place to get your eyes checked out. I highly recommend Dr. D'Antonio if you're looking for a good ophthalmologist. Staff is very friendly and they take the time to work with you in getting your exam done.
