Seems decent. Kinda pricey for the neighborhood…. But it’s looks cool
Move in was easy and living here brings peace of mind. The one thing I expect when leasing a unit is to not be bothered. The area is nice and above two restuarants, both Black owned so bonus! I'll update my review after living here for one year.
I saw my apt and was in awe because I didn’t expect a microwave, dishwasher, cable/internet cable ready. I never lived in a flat apt but seen them on HGTV my favorite channel and I’m so excited to have one of my own . This was a tough journey though and Lisa & Wardell are a God sent because I’ve been trying to move since 2020 before COVID and just when I was about to move COVID hit then I got sick with whooping cough badly out of work for awhile then finally signed a lease for an apt and went to see it and it was terrible no... read more
