Called for a consultation on a prenuptial agreement and was slighly embarrassed for being unaware of the high unadvertised cost. And was ask, "what are you even trying to protect?". Seemed like she was trying to talk me out of it, and it wasnt really worth my time or hers to deal with me. I would not recommend reaching out for prenuptial agreement help.

I was referred to Elise from a close friend who was on the opposite side of his divorce proceedings. When I discussed that I am getting divorced his words were " You need to use this lady. I went to Elise Singer for help after nearly a decade of enduring harassment from my ex with no assistance from the family court. I'd used her service for a simple motion years ago, and (unbeknownst to me) still had money in my account with her. When I explained my situation, she told me, "What do you want me to do, file for harassment? You can't do anything about that." Um... What? You most certainly can!
