I saw Dr Boss here for a follow up visit after seeing Him at the Michigan Retinal Specialist in Grand Rapids.The Staff and Dr Boss were Outstanding.
I really wish they could have helped me because they were the only ones that got me in to see a doctor. The lady who answers the phone is very kind. However, the doctor never once listened to me. I felt rushed and he had different diagnosis every time I seen him. He never bothered to figure out why my eyes are so bad and not getting better. Everything he suggested made things worse. I have been a happy patient of Dr. Hickner for the past couple of years, but today I would give him an extra 5 stars for seeing my elderly mother on short notice for an urgent issue. He was very kind, patient, and thorough with her even though she is hard of hearing and sometimes slow to respond. Many thanks to Dr. Hickner and his team.
