Dr. Michelle Singer is fantastic — professional, respectful, and genuinely attentive. She went well beyond just removing wax and discharge painlessly from my infected ear, and took time to share helpful advice and insights along the way. I never felt rushed, and her fee was very fair, almost surprisingly low for the superb quality of care. I recommend her wholeheartedly!

I had the pleasure of meeting Michelle Singer because my hearing aids failed while I was visiting NYC. Her knowledge and proficiency were evident, but what impressed me most was the genuine compassion and personal attention she provided. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt that she cared about finding the best solution for me. Michelle gained nothing financially from my visit but her care and grace were outstanding. I plan to move my care to her permanently as I am often in New York.
Dr. Michelle Singer is great at her job. The office is conveniently located and well-decorated, this is where I would return for future audiology appointments. It was my first time having a hearing test done and she made the experience really pleasant and fun!
The first visit to Michelle Singer's office I was IMPRESSED . Liberty the receptionist/assistant was warm, friendly and professional. Michelle greeted me in the same fashion. I explained my hearing loss, the fact that I had visited THREE doctors offices previously with NO SUCCESS ! Michelle listened ACTIVELY to my issues.
