Dr Singer is amazing. She has worked with me the past few years to find the perfect hearing aids that have completely changed and improved my quality of life. She is so patient and understanding and detailed in her work. I truly appreciate that she goes above and beyond. Her staff is also fantastic and always work to accommodate my schedule. The first visit to Michelle Singer's office I was IMPRESSED . Liberty the receptionist/assistant was warm, friendly and professional. Michelle greeted me in the same fashion. I explained my hearing loss, the fact that I had visited THREE doctors offices previously with NO SUCCESS ! Michelle listened ACTIVELY to my issues. After testing, we had a conversation as how to solve my hearing lost. Michelle gave clear and accurate information for me to understand. My experience with Michelle was so pleasant! I came in with concerns about hearing loss, and she had no bias against my young age. In fact, she was understanding and supportive of why I was there to check my hearing. Liberty, at the front desk was also very helpful and kind in assisting with scheduling my appointment. Overall, a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back if I need to in the future. Or just reaching out with any questions in general.

I had an amazing experience at Hearing Life. Dr. Singer clearly explained auditory processing and how neurodivergence affects it. I am grateful to know my hearing is within normal limits and that I was able to learn the cause behind my struggles.
