My mother has been in the new A&E observation area since 9 Feb noon. It’s now almost 6 pm on 10 Feb and she still hasn’t been allocated a bed. 30 hours and still waiting. I understand from my mother that the observation area is very noisy due to the presence of family members. As per SGH rules, family members are not allowed in the observation area.

Only the ward food for patients is not as good as tan tock seng hospital.. doesn't look appealing or tasty even for sick patients.. due to patient's privacy unable to post pictures with food 🙏

The attitude of the emergency staff was extremely poor! I just wanted to inform them that my mother was going to the restroom, but a man wearing glasses warned me that this was the last warning! I honestly don’t know what rule I supposedly violated. I sincerely hope that we can be treated with respect! Please improve the professionalism and quality of the staff!
