This is our first year, and so far, we’re not impressed. We’ve had issues with how our children were spoken to, as well as with the overall customer service. For the cost, they make a lot of demands before drop-off — “do this, do that,” etc. The process should be set up for ease with parents and drop-off, but it seems they make something simple unnecessarily difficult.

My 3.5 year immediately started speaking more Chinese at home after starting here, and adjusted quickly to the immersion environment. Prior, the only exposure was me speaking Chinese to him maybe 50% of the time at home. Now I am able to speak more to him at home and feel like he’s tracking! Apart from the language, my kid is learning cultural etiquette too! He’s also been very engaged with school curriculum. My daughter attends Sing in Chinese preschool and we are glad to have made that decision. Everyday she learns something new and she enjoys going to school. We've also noticed the improvement in her social skills.
