Before I ever go to the doctors, I always look things up on the nhs website first so I don't waste their time. Recently I had to rehome some of my pets because it turned out I was allergic and it was only getting worse to the point I couldn't care for them anymore after 5 years of looking after them. Worst surgery. I have speaking to a staff member called nazz. She is terrible. Member. I kept repeating her the same thing. She has not a clue what is she doing and so rude. What a waste of time thank you surgery. And nazz for making my day the worst. Amazing.
Waiting over a hour with no communication or apologetic comments on how the service is poorly executed! Absolutely abysmal 'nhs' system. Go to hollybrook instead i say.
