I have never had such an awful customer service experience, and I've had to call internet providers. I had an accident in May of '25 I contacted the law firm with regards to my tickets, provided all the information, and thought I was set. I was already in the middle of moving to a new state. I provided my new address to the firm as soon as I had the mailbox and key, and had set up mail forwarding. Retained Mr Sinesi on 9.9.25 and for 9 months nothing was done with my citation. Multiple attempts to contact him. The times that i was able to get him on the phone, empty promises were given and months went on with nothing done except court dates moved. Would never recommend someone like that in the future

He was always quick to respond, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring every step of the way. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I can’t recommend Robert highly enough for anyone dealing with a similar situation.
