I had to try and find someone that didn’t want to charge me a ton of money just to fix a leak in the bathroom sink waterline. Hope Plumbing wanted $850!! Even after doing a lot of business with them prior (to which I way overpaid). Sines was a blessing to find. They did an easy, fast job at a fair price and I’ll continue to use them. I am a landlord for 5 properties.

Our thermostat wouldn't hold one temperature--it kept bouncing around. We called one HVAC company and they said we need to replace a "board" that cost around $1,500 + service. We decided to get a second opinion and called Sines. They studied the situation and decide we needed a new thermostat. Total cost was about $300 including service call. Thermostat is working perfecting. Sines is at the top of our list!!!
Sines Heating and Cooling came to the rescue in a Sunday when my heat went out. Came to house twice Sunday and then able to get the parts on Monday. They are always kind and helpful. Am so glad I have them for my heating and air conditions needs!!
