Sinera electrical came and efficiently conducted the PAT testing according to my times. He was courteous, professional and wore protective shoe covers which is a nice touch. He also generously replaced and changed some light bulbs for me for free. Another company assigned by my building tried to charge £100 for this service. The fact that he courteously did me that small favour speaks volumes in terms of helping people out and ensuring client satisfaction.
