The receptionists are rude. Every time I call to book an appointment I get cut off or I feel like I am bothering them. I drive 40 mins to come here. Receptionist are the face of the company. I will be finding a new place.
Don’t go here. I love how they do nails but that’s if you can get in. I have tried 4 times now to get my nails done and they tell me every time they can’t do anything for me. Either they don’t like my money or they don’t like me. There is plenty of open chairs and a nail tech just standing there. I work in customer service and that’s not customer service
I am very particular when it comes to whom I go to when I get my nails done. I have not been very satisfied with any of the places I've been to for a while now. Today I tried Sindy's Nail salon and I have to say this place is amazing. They were very accommodating and I was given a time that was convenient for my schedule.
