I find the sales team very helpfull and knowledgeable, I buy alot of parts aswell as a few machines. Always been very fair in price too, Find midwest to be very opposite, can never get helped there, also seems like there is a different sales person every time I go in where as Sindts there are the same smiling faces every time I go in. Keep it up Sindts
Great service! Was helped as soon as i walked through the door. Bought a helmet from them and was helped from the moment i stepped through the door all the way to the register. I also bought a part through them. It was a clutch lever, small thing but i recieved exactly what i needed and they gave me a call the day they said it would be in. I will continue to do bussiness with them.
I understand most places deserve a second chance. In this case I am hesitant. I pull up and walk through the doors with no greeting. The employees are sitting outside on the back of a utility vehicle. I walk inside the store to wonder around the show room looking at bikes. No assistants what so ever. About 10 min. passes and another customer walks in to be greeted and immediately shown to what he is looking for from one of the associates outside.
