I did my taxes here and got a letter from the IRS saying that my refund was changed. I was given a number to call and the lady told me that the tax people did my information INCORRECTLY and needed to be corrected, the lady from the IRS told me to go back and get it fixed and didn’t want to help me in that moment. I told Nubia, which is the secretary at Sindi’s Multiservices. She told me that Sindi told her she could charge me $75 to send a letter in order to get everything right or try to call again and see if I get someone ... read more
Absolutely atrocious customer service and abominable professional service. Absolutely ruined 2 years of my income tax returns. Have been waiting for over a year and still no returns. Can't even pick up the phone to answer my questions. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MONEY!!!
