Dr.Igala took very good care of me. She straitened out my thyroid problems and treated my diabetes.I always looked forward to seeing her.
BE AWARE!!!! I you have been going to the Rowlett office for years. I have a primary insurance plus Medicare as secondary insurance. I have been having issues with their billing dept since November 2023. I am letting all the people that have Medicare and use this Drs office if they filed on your Medicare and it was denied they bill the patient for the money. I have had so many bad experiences with doctors and after that Dr. Igala made me feel like finally I found a doctor I always wanted to take care of me. Happy with her care.
