I had two cedars snap during the last big storms leaving a 45' and 30' trees to be removed. Tim came out promptly to give me an estimate to drop the trees and cut into 16" rounds to be left for me to use for firewood. His estimate was quite fair so I scheduled the job. His crew showed up early on the agreed day. I thought they would just leave the logs on the ground for me to deal with when I could. Very professional and friendly. Took the time before starting to discuss gas lines propane tanks etc. James did an amazing job not hitting anything. It was a tough job and we were so impressed.
